I needed to make some key copies and went to them. Everything went well, even with an error caused by poor communication between me and the guy at the counter (which cost some wrong keys), they did everything right and delivered what I asked for. Lack of organization and respect. I sent a message via WhatsApp twice confirming if there was a specific item, so I wouldn't waste a trip since I don't live close to the store.
